Quality Analyst - Medical Coding

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst - Outpatient Medical Coding (IVR/SDS) - WFH. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to quality processes and achieve client-specific metrics Prepare detailed audit reports and identify methods to meet quality targets Participate in performance improvement activities and assist in training new hiresRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in healthcare insurance collections Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-9 & 10 codes, and the healthcare revenue cycle Experience with practice management systems like EPIC PB or Allscripts Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong analytical skills
