We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute multi‑channel digital marketing initiatives for a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented team. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, owning campaign strategy, performance optimization, and reporting across paid, owned, and earned channels.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working cross‑functionally, and experienced driving measurable results across digital programs.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, web, SEO/SEM, and socialOwn campaign performance tracking, reporting, and insights using analytics and dashboarding toolsPartner closely with content, design, product, and marketing operations teams to execute integrated campaignsOptimize website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates and funnel efficiencyManage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle initiativesEnsure campaigns align with brand, messaging, and business objectivesContinuously identify opportunities for performance improvement using data‑driven insightsRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, with a strong execution backgroundProven experience managing and optimizing multi‑channel digital campaignsStrong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systemsExperience working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environmentsExcellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience collaborating with agencies or managing external vendorsBonus: Familiarity with marketing automation and lifecycle marketingBenefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
