Electronic Security Estimator
Working in concert with our ESS Division Manager and ESS Project Manager, the ESS Estimator is responsible for all low-voltage security product and labor estimates. The role is ideal for a candidate with more than 5 years engineering and estimator experience in the commercial installation space. Project tasks include but are not limited to performing site surveys, take offs, complete understanding of electronic security product line (Access Control, Video Management and Burglar Alarms), vendor & distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will be sufficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, CADD and estimating software. The candidate must have a background in writing & evaluating RFIs, Division 27 & 28 specifications, blueprints and statements of work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and a self-starter.
Manufacture Certifications LenelS2, Genetec, Axis, Hanwha, Brivo
General mechanical skills.
General Construction Knowledge Should Include:
Ability to create and read construction documentation.
Ability to create SPECS, Pricing and Statement of Works
Ability to read and understand schematic/line diagrams, riser diagrams, reflected ceiling plans, and floor plans.
Experience in commercial and enterprise projects a plus.
