Generac in Eagle is seeking a qualified Machine Operator on 2nd Shift with STARTING WAGES $24.01/Hr + Full Benefits and more!!! Location: 211 Murphy Drive, Eagle, WI 53119 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday-Friday, overtime on Saturday as needed Overview: The Machine Operator -- Waterjet is expected to perform under the direction of the area supervisor, manufacture parts per plant specification in an accurate and timely manner utilizing a Waterjet foam cutting machine while recognizing safety and efficiencies. Qualifications and Responsibilities (Machine Operator): Read and interpret blueprint specifications to determine procedures, verify programs and tooling Perform complex machine set ups and critical operations Position and replace tools, and set in relation to machine Use a variety of precision measuring devices to set up and adjust work and verify conformance of work to specifications Understand special material handling required for materials and equipment used in the work cell Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills. Physical Demands: This opportunity includes being on your feet 10 to 12 hours a day, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, and up to 100 lbs in a team lift. Walking, stooping, crouching, bending, and reaching above your shoulders are normal daily activities. This requires the use of power tools, vibrating tools, and following all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements required by safety policies.
