Right Price.Title: Purchasing Specialist / Buyer IIDuration: 05 months contractLocation: PAlo Alto, CAShift: Standard Business Hours• Flexibility to support occasional early meetings (e.g., 6:00 AM global calls)Position Summary• Manage purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and related order transactions• Analyze material availability and manage the full PO lifecycle, including shipping, tracking, content verification, pricing, RMA, and on-time supply• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approved suppliers, and contract requirements• Support inventory optimization, part lifecycle management, and procurement process standardizationResponsibilities• Manage purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and related order transactions• Process purchase requisitions in accordance with approval thresholds and ensure all required information is accurately maintained to company process• Analyze material availability and manage the full PO lifecycle, including order shipping and tracking, content verification, accurate price, RMA, and on-time material supply aligned with demand• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and utilize approved contract partners to secure competitive Terms & Conditions• Drive inventory optimization initiatives, including reduction of excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory• Manage part revisions and lead implementation of related rework activities• Maintain proper document archiving in accordance with local regulations and company policy to ensure data accuracy and integrity• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and procurement process standardization efforts• Support daily operational activities, including purchase order managementQualificationsEducation:• Bachelor's degreeExperience:• ~4 years of experience (Level 2 role)• SAP Purchasing Module within the last year• Strong understanding of Purchase Order (PO) process and part lifecycle• Vendor/supplier relationship management• Experience working with SQEs and quality teamsSkills:• SAP experience required• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)• Experience using shared drives• Working knowledge of Power BI• Professional written and verbal communication skillsWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
