Job Description
:We have partnered with a great company that is looking to hire an Order Processor/CSR ASAP!DUTIES:Process information/paperwork pertaining to returns/credits due to defects, damage, and/or wrong amounts.Process any returns in accordance with our guidelines.Input & process transactions obtaining such information as Customer account #, quantity, reason for return, item #, invoice research in Microsoft Great PlainsLiaise with Customers, Customer Service Team, and Multiple Distribution Centers via phone, fax, email, chat, and mail regarding Returns.Track inventory transactions made through the returns process.Liaise with Carriers to file freight Claims.Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.REQUIREMENTS:High School Graduate or Equivalent.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Working Knowledge of Microsoft Software.Attentive to detail.DETAILS:Temp-to-HirePay = $20/hr.Schedule = 8:00 am- 5 pm
