Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Donor Relations Associate, located in Missoula, MT. The Donor Relations Associate will oversee donor engagement and communication, develop and implement strategies for annual giving, and manage relationships with donors while promoting philanthropic causes. Responsibilities include maintaining positive donor relations, supporting donor events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure fundraising goals are met. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and donor-focused communicationExperience in Donor Relations, Philanthropy, and Annual Giving campaignsExcellent verbal and written Communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with donorsOrganizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasksFamiliarity with CRM software and donor management platforms is a plusA passion for supporting children and families, with knowledge of nonprofit programs or foster/adoptive care environments being beneficialBachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
