Sales Coordinator (Cosco)

Cosco Sales Coordinator (Columbus, IN) Dorel Home is a dynamic and innovative home furnishings manufacturing company committed to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes and drive business success. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Entry Level Sales Coordinator to join our growing Cosco team. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Cosco sales team by pulling and formating reports, forecasting, and working with diverse groups inside Cosco and Dorel, as well as our amazing customers and vendors. Essential Job Functions Timely and accurate response/resolution to internal and external customer inquiries Managing customer projects in coordination with Marketing and Operations Inside support to the Account Managers Assisting with Forecasting Prepare monthly sales reports using excel Pulling data for reports from various sources Serve as liaison between Cosco and outside professional Sales Field rep organization through: Managing product samples, literature, and presentation requests Maintaining sales event calendars, customer line review calendars Preparing Project Briefs to facilitate accurate execution of projects based on timelines and deliverables Managing Account plans throughout the year Experience and Necessary Skills Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Prior Experience 1 year of experience as part of a sales and marketing team preferred Hard Skills The ability to use Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create, edit, and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails. Excellent computer skills and knowledge. Soft Skills Extremely organized and detailed oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of internal and external personnel, strong team player. Ability to pay attention to details, accuracy, and quality in all aspects of work. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals with customers. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to Problem-solve. High level of patience and understanding of customer’s needs. Customer service skills. Self-disciplined, urgent, and strong time management skills. Ability to collaborate with other team members, departments, and external partners. Ability to learn/operate numerous systems and web-based platforms.
