Accounts Payable CoordinatorThe Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for supporting the accounts payable function by processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with internal teams and external partners.Job Highlights:4 Days In Office, 1 Day Work From HomePTO / Wellness Days / Floating HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision InsuranceFSA (Health Care, Dependent Care, Limited Purpose) / HSATraditional and Roth 401(k)Duties And ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure all invoices are properly approved and coded to the correct accountsPrepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfersRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues or discrepanciesReview and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain and organize accounts payable files and documentationReconcile vendor statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to dateAssist with month-end closing and provide necessary reports to accounting teamSupport audits by gathering and organizing required documentationFollow company policies and procedures regarding financial and payment practicesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in accounting or business is a plusMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferredStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsPreferred Advanced knowledge with Excel programsFamiliarity with accounting software or NetSuite is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with vendors and internal staffPreferred Skills:Experience with 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving)Knowledge of 1099 processing and basic sales tax rulesVendor MaintenanceKnowledge of SOX complianceBase Pay Range :$50,000-$56,000 a yearThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
