Our programs take place in the month of July in various locations across Western Europe, Canada and the United States. Abbey Road is seeking individuals with outstanding organizational and logistical skills to work as Program Coordinators for our international and domestic programs and play a central role in thoughtfully planning and perfectly executing a program calendar full of academic, social, cultural, and recreational activities.Responsibilities:Plan and manage the master calendar for the program including travel itineraries, academics, excursions, meals, day trips and other activitiesCoordinate final arrangements for morning classes, afternoon and evening activities, weekend excursions, and the travel extension. This includes buying tickets, making and confirming reservations, planning itineraries, creating rooming lists, and coordinating all related lodging, transport, food, finances and other detailsManage the budget and all money-related issues. Responsible for collecting and itemizing all receipts, tracking expenses and maintaining the budget file on a daily basisRequirements:Advanced proficiency in the target languageOutstanding organizational and logistical skills, energy, initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail2+ years working with student travel or study abroad programs.
