Factoring Producer/Processor
The Factoring Producer/Processor is responsible for assisting the Account Executive with fulfilling the production needs of the granted portfolio, and the factoring team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle the production aspect (approval, purchasing, prefunds, fuel advances) of the granted portfolio of the Account Executive, within operational timelines.
Meet or exceed all weekly goals granted through peak program and department goals.
In association with the Account Executive, follow up with clients as necessary on disputed factoring invoices.
Provide feedback to Account Executive and accomplish weekly goals.
Use all the resources and software TBS provides to better assist with the factoring team, and in collaboration with the Account Executive, clients' questions, concerns, or requests.
Maintain communication with Account Executives in direct correlation with the client’s needs.
Promotes and fosters a positive and supportive environment that is committed to the success of the department, peers, customers, and the overall goals of TBS.
Attend Team Meetings as requested or scheduled, and as a result, understand and keep current on the latest procedures for our department and company.
Cross-train and assist other team members as needed.
Deputize for or provide support to Account Executive as directed by Factoring Manager.

Qualifications, Education & Special Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring, and finance sectors is preferred.
Highly skilled in computer, electronic communication, and technology proficiencies with the ability to quickly learn new software, applications, systems, and operate office equipment.
Strong knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to move in and out and around the office, including furniture and ability to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Capable of constantly (i) operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse; (ii) viewing monitors, and (iii) working other office equipment, such as phone system, calculator, copy machine/printer.
Ability to type efficiently and effectively without excessive errors.
Capacity to learn quickly and accurately apply and communicate the knowledge.
