In this role, you will oversee daily logistics operations, manage carrier relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods. You will analyze operational processes, implement improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide training to staff. Additionally, you will manage projects and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations while driving efficiency and service excellence.我们正在寻找一位积极主动、结果导向的人才，负责开发承运商合作关系、进行合同及价格谈判、优化运输方案，并推动公司物流网络的运营效率提升。 Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain relationships with major LTL, FTL, drayage, and transportation providers across North America.• 建立并维护与美国主流LTL、FTL、码头提柜及其他运输供应商的合作关系。• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure the best value and service quality.• 负责合同、价格及服务条款谈判，确保获得最高性价比服务。• Analyze shipment data and transportation requirements to determine optimal logistics solutions.• 通过数据分析制定最优物流运输方案。• Monitor shipment and order status, proactively resolve operational issues.• 监控订单及货运状态，及时解决运营问题。• Analyze KPIs, carrier performance, transportation costs, and identify process improvement opportunities.• 分析运营绩效数据、承运商表现及运输成本，识别流程优化机会。• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams to align business objectives.• 与运营、销售、财务及管理层协作，共同制定并执行业务策略。• Support carrier network expansion and procurement initiatives.• 支持供应商网络拓展及采购战略执行。Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Project Management to ensure operations efficiency and successful execution of strategic initiatives.Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends, interpret data, and drive process improvements.Superior Communication and Training skills to work collaboratively with internal teams, guide staff development, and maintain productive relationships with carriers.Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively in dynamic environments.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors is a significant advantage.Proficiency in technology platforms related to logistics or project management.Benefits• Competitive compensation package• Performance-based incentives• Career growth opportunities• Dynamic and fast-growing logistics environment
