Collaborate with industry experts to develop impactful learning materials for the electric transmission and substation group.Key Responsibilities Design and develop technical training materials for apprenticeships.Perform detailed task analysis and define learning objectives.Work under the guidance of the Senior Instructional Designer.Participate in milestone meetings and engage with subject matter experts.Requirements Bachelor's degree or certification in instructional design or related field.Experience developing instructor-led training for technical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).Strong time management, communication, and independent working skills.Preferences Experience with QuestionMark, Author-It, or Articulate 360.Previous teaching experience.Experience with PG&E Academy.Apply now to be a part of a team committed to delivering high-quality technical training.
