Job Description:If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Position OverviewNorTek Medical Staffing is partnering with an established and growing multidisciplinary clinic in Sacramento, CA to recruit a Physician specializing in Brain Injury Medicine.This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment focused on treating traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and complex neurological conditions.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a mission-driven practice with strong support, minimal administrative burden, and the ability to focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities Patient Care Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with traumatic brain injuries Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor cognitive, behavioral, and functional progress No chronic opioid prescribing required Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with PAs, Athletic Trainers, and Medical Assistants Collaborate with interdisciplinary specialists and care teams Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and quality initiatives Support onboarding and mentorship of clinical staff Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications MD or DO required Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following: Brain Injury Medicine Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Neurology Emergency Medicine Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) Willingness to obtain Nevada licensure within 90 days Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently Patient-focused with strong communication skills Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time (40 hours/week) Travel Requirements Travel to regional clinic locations required 1-3 overnight trips per month (CA + NV locations) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $300,000 xibtplm - $350,000 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution 3 weeks PTO + 11 paid holidays CME reimbursement DEA & Nevada license reimbursement Relocation assistance available Why This Opportunity?
