Implement activities from curriculum, manage supplies, set up and prep work of materials and program spaceTeach and actively engage students in each activityEnsure the safety of children and staff at all timesProvide a warm, clean and loving atmosphereAssist with and actively participate in all areas of the THRIVE programMaintain a developmentally appropriate environment in the classroomDevelop activities that meet the group and individual needs of students REQUIREMENTS:Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching StatementsChristian role model in attitude, speech, and actionsMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to pass a background check clearanceHave a high school diploma or equivalentObtain a food worker cardAbility to lift 30 lbs, hike, swim, climb stairsHas a positive attitudeAbility to work AS part of a teamGood communication skillsDemonstrates an attitude of support and encouragementWilling to complete ALL required trainings including HIV/AIDS & annual blood borne pathogen trainingMeets the preferred one to two years of experience in early childhood educationAbility to work indoors/outdoors; can be subjected to inclement weatherAccept supervision and guidance from supervisors and administratorsPerform ALL expected duties in a professional manner WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm SALARY RANGE: $21.05-$24.30; Depending on Experience THIS POSITION RUNS FROM JUNE 11- AUGUST 14, 2026 BENEFITS: Paid sick leave For more information please contact the Human Resources Department at HR@cascadechristian.org.
