Offering remote or hybrid work options, the full-time salaried Tennessee Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive psychosocial support, conduct assessments, and facilitate resource linkage for patients navigating their cancer journey. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to address emotional concerns and behavioral health needs of patients and families Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during behavioral health crises and significant changes in prognosis Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care and advocate for patients' needs with relevant agencies Required qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program Valid and current master's level license in Tennessee (LCSW or equivalent) Minimum three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care Preferred certifications include OSW-C or APHSW-C Experience with technology and virtual care platforms is essential
