Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Englewood, COCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000Industry: Heavy Civil / Bridge & Infrastructure ConstructionReports To: Senior LeadershipPosition OverviewA well-established heavy civil construction firm is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in CDOT bridge and infrastructure projects. This role will oversee complex structural concrete and bridge projects from early planning through final delivery, ensuring adherence to CDOT standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of bridge and structural concrete projects, including preconstruction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionLead and coordinate project teams consisting of superintendents, field engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsEnsure full compliance with CDOT requirements, including documentation, pay applications, and reportingServe as the primary point of contact with CDOT representatives, inspectors, and design consultantsReview plans, specifications, and contracts to identify risks, cost efficiencies, and constructability improvementsMaintain tight control over project schedules, costs, and overall profitabilityPerform regular site visits to monitor progress, safety practices, and quality standardsSupport estimating, bidding, and pursuit efforts as needed to support ongoing growthQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)5–10 years of project management experience in heavy civil and/or bridge constructionDirect experience managing CDOT-funded projectsStrong understanding of CDOT specifications, standards, pay items, and compliance processesProven ability to manage projects valued up to $30MExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsProficiency with construction/project management software (HCSS HeavyJob, Procore, or similar platforms)Strong commitment to safety, quality, and team collaborationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $110,000 – $130,000+Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and paid time offLong-term growth opportunities within a stable and respected infrastructure contractorMOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
