Seeking Locum Family Medicine Provider Ukiah, CA May 2019 start Outpatient Primary Care Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Must be Board Certified Must see all ages Patient per day is btw 18-20 Must have a solid background in Outpatient Primary Care Hoping for 6 month locum but they will take minimum of 3 months.
