Weekly Pay | Data Center Project | Incentive Pay | OT Available | Long-Term WorkX3 is hiring Apprentice & Journeyman Electricians ASAP for a high-profile Data Center project in Eagle Mountain, UT.This is a long-term opportunity with steady overtime, weekly pay, incentive pay, and career-building experience on one of the most in-demand project types in the industry.Current schedule is averaging 50–60 HOURS weekly with mandatory overtime. PAY INCENTIVES:4th Year Apprentices + Journeymen: +$15/hr incentive1st–3rd Year Apprentices: +$10/hr incentiveWe're looking for electricians with commercial construction experience who can bend conduit, pull wire, rough-in, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. What You Will DoRough inInstall and maintain commercial electrical systemsBend EMT and rigid conduitPull wire and run conduit systemsInstall panels, lighting, fixtures, and electrical devicesRead blueprints and electrical schematicsBuild and terminate circuits to NEC codeWork safely on active commercial construction jobsites What You Need2 + years of commercial, multi family, or industrial electrical experienceActive Utah Electrical Apprentice License or Journeyman Electrician LicenseMust be 18 or older and eligible to work in the U.S.Basic hand tools and cordless drillReliable transportationStrong work ethic and team mindsetAbility to pass a pre employment drug screen What You GetCompetitive pay based on experience! up to $55/hr (Based on Incentives)PerX Rewards Program (bonuses, stipends, gear, and milestone rewards based on hours worked)Medical (50 percent paid), Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, $10,000 Life Insurance, PTO, and up to 7 paid holidays401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursement for apprenticeships and continuing education (up to $500 per semester and up to $300 for CE)PPE provided: hard hats, vests, gloves, safety glassesMobile app to track time and submit hours without hassle Know a solid electrician, plumber, or HVAC installer?
