Building Cost Estimator

Process quote requests and provide costs to the customer in a timely and accurate manner. They are responsible for confirming all products to be supplied by Chief.Job Responsibilities:Assess and establish the construction approach for each project.Create accurate quote confirmation that defines what we are supplying.Process building estimates and components in an accurate and timely manner.Maintain quote backlog, work at fast pace and help others when possible.Able to read architectural plan and specifications.Understand Chief Building's product line and how to apply it into project quote.Review the Customer sketches verses the Quote Request form and question/clarify variances that may occur.Ability to create special pricing for conditions that are not covered by our standard pricing programs.Help the Builders or District Managers with preliminary project layout to lead them towards the most economical and efficient design.Working knowledge of design programs to get best pricing.Process change order pricing in a timely manner.The Company:Putting the needs of customers first has taken Chief Industries, Inc. from a small construction company in 1954, to a highly diverse company with a reputation for manufacturing quality products and offering unparalleled customer service.
