This is a client-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional, seamless experience at every interaction.You'll be supporting clients through cutting-edge wellness therapies, so we're looking for someone who is open-minded, naturally curious, and excited to grow in an innovative space.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a refined, concierge-level client experience from arrival through follow-upAssist with patient flow, scheduling, and overall maintaining a luxury experience for clientsSupport clients before, during, and after services (including hyperbaric oxygen therapy)Communicate confidently about services in a consultative, service-oriented mannerMaintain an impeccable, organized, and welcoming environmentManage client communications, follow-ups, and retention touchpointsContribute to practice growth through service and relationship-buildingQualificationsBackground in hospitality, luxury retail, medical, or spa environments preferredExceptional customer service skills and professional presence (required)Sales experience or a consultative mindset (highly desired)Open-minded with a strong interest in innovative wellness therapiesDetail-oriented, organized, and able to anticipate client needsComfortable in a fast-paced, boutique settingPositive, proactive, and team-orientedCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)Commission and bonus opportunitiesPaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities within a forward-thinking practiceSchedule Expectations Includes evenings and weekends to meet client demand.
