ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded ecommerce professional to build and scale our performance analytics and reporting foundation across a multi-brand portfolio. This role will lead ecommerce performance reporting and play a key role in shaping how data-driven decisions are made across the business. The ideal candidate translates data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and inform investment decisions across DTC, Amazon, and emerging commerce channels such as TikTok Shop. This position partners closely with ecommerce, marketing, finance, planning, and operations teams to improve visibility into performance, identify growth opportunities, and support faster, better business decisions across the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Performance Analytics & InsightsLead end-to-end eCommerce performance reporting across brands and channels (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop)Identify and quantify key eCommerce growth levers across traffic, conversion, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and channel mixAnalyze key performance drivers including traffic, CVR, AOV, units, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and customer behavior trendsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendationsDevelop data-driven business recommendations that improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance Reporting & Dashboard DevelopmentOwn and evolve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence and executive performance visibilityDevelop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworksImprove data consistency and reporting accuracy across systems (Shopify, Amazon, Google Analytics, BI tools, internal data sources) Growth & Optimization SupportPartner with marketing teams (paid media, lifecycle, affiliate, social) to evaluate campaign performance and ROISupport CRO initiatives by identifying funnel opportunities and testing insightsAnalyze pricing, promotional, and merchandising effectivenessSurface insights that directly improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitability Inventory & Demand InsightsPartner with planning and operations teams to connect inventory availability, demand forecasting, and ecommerce performance insights. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner across ecommerce, marketing, product, finance, planning, and operations teamsInfluence stakeholders through data, business insight, and clear communicationAct as a bridge between data, strategy, and execution QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or related field4-7+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics, business analysis, digital analytics, or performance marketing analyticsStrong experience within Shopify-based eCommerce environmentsDirect-to-consumer retail experience strongly preferredAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasetsStrong understanding of eCommerce performance drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV)Experience analyzing paid media and customer acquisition performanceAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendationsExperience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teamsFamiliarity with Amazon Vendor Central analyticsExperience with ecommerce analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Triple Whale, or similar)Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion rate optimization SKILLSStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong executive communication and data storytelling skillsAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data and insightAbility to collaborate effectively across ecommerce, marketing, finance, planning, and operationsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsThrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBias for action and continuous improvement PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
