Clinic Supervisor

Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the clinic utilizing the policies and procedures set forth by leadership. Assists in providing appropriate care to all patients. Supervises staff including assisting manager with scheduling, monitoring time and attendance, performance management and evaluations while also being responsible for the day to day patient flow. Works in a team environment contributing to the throughput of patients. Licensure/Certification/Registration: MA Certification or LPN/RN/RT License preferred BLS Life Support Certification Valid Indiana Driver’s License Experience: One year clinic experience Phlebotomy proficiency preferred. Education Graduate of accredited medical assistant, radiology or nursing program preferred
