Process Engineer II

Overview As part of the EOIS growth team, you will develop HgCdTe active layers using molecular beam epitaxy and maintain process equipment. You’ll troubleshoot issues, upgrade or install new systems, and share expertise with teammates. The role combines hands-on reactor operation with technical reporting and collaboration across the lab. You contribute to safer, efficient production of IR imaging components for defense platforms. This position offers a path to impact high-precision material growth in a mission-focused environment.
