Traffic Coordinator

As a Plastipak Traffic Coordinator, you coordinate routing, shipping and tracking of materials and products. In addition, you are the primary point of contact for outbound product loads and pick-ups. You prioritize safety, accuracy and communication in all that you do. You Will Assure shuttle schedules are correctly aligned to production schedules Coordinate loading of outbound shipments and shuttles, making sure all documentation and tracking are properly completed. Create pick lists for outbound loads. Continuously communicate with internal and external parties, including Logistics, Customer Service, Production, drivers/carriers and customers, keeping all well-informed. Coordinate shipments of raw materials, parts and products between production areas and warehouses.
