Part-time Receptionist
We are seeking a professional, organized, and reliable part-time receptionist to join our team. As a first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized office environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Answer and direct incoming calls
· Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and professional
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
· Log and coordinate errands
· Log and direct incoming faxes via email
· Coordinate conference room schedule
· Coordinate Zoom meetings
· Maintain an organized lobby area
· Coordinate conference room cleaning, setup and take down
· Receive and organize express deliveries for distribution
· Grant vendors access to our back office space
· Grant visitors access to parking area
· Page attorneys and staff when necessary
· Scan documents and other administrative duties
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Proficiency with Microsoft office and office equipment
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
