Senior Analyst, Fulfillment & Execution
OverviewThe Analyst, Last Mile, Fulfillment & Execution will serve as a key analytical resource within the Last Mile & Fulfillment pod. This individual will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting on carrier performance and DTC fulfillment metrics, providing actionable insights that drive operational improvements. The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational decisions.Responsibilities Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools that track last mile KPIs including on-time delivery, carrier OTIF, transit time and cost-per-shipment. Conduct root cause analysis on carrier performance failures and present findings with recommended corrective actions. Support carrier business reviews by compiling scorecards, trend analyses and SLA compliance reports. Analyze DTC fulfillment data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction or service improvement. Collaborate with the Technology team to enhance data pipelines and reporting infrastructure supporting last mile operations. Monitor carrier capacity and service disruptions, providing real-time insights during peak periods. Assist in the development of business cases for new carrier partnerships or service enhancements. Support ad hoc analytical requests from senior leadership related to fulfillment strategy and operations.Qualifications 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics operations or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). Experience with carrier management systems or transportation management platforms preferred. Solid understanding of last mile delivery operations in a retail or e-commerce environment. Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, executive-ready insights. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
