Program Manager

*About the role* Dassian is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead SAP-based client programs in the Aerospace & Defense and government contracting sectors. The Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of each assigned program, including planning, execution, and fulfillment of all contractual commitments and deliverables, while serving as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. In addition, the Program Manager will work with Dassian leadership and peers to help develop and apply consistent internal processes and standards for program governance, reporting, and delivery. *What you'll do*

• Manage assigned client programs end to end: scope, schedule, resources, budget and status, including dependencies across workstreams.
• Track program budget, forecast and burn against the contract, and flag variances early.
• Maintain a register of contractual commitments for each program (SOW deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, billing events) and drive them to on-time completion.
• Run the regular cadence on your programs: weekly status reports, periodic reviews with client leadership, and tracking of risks, issues and decisions.
• Lead Dassian functional, technical and support teams, and partner/SI teams, against the program plan, often without direct authority.
• Manage scope changes through formal change requests and keep the SOW, plan and billing aligned.
• Escalate risks early to Dassian leadership and the client, with a recommended path forward.
• Contribute to the development of consistent Dassian processes, templates and best practices for program governance and delivery.

*Required skills and experience*

• 5+ years managing enterprise software or ERP programs with external clients, with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent programs on time and within budget.
• Experience managing delivery against a contract or SOW: deliverables, milestones, acceptance and change control.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense, government contracting, or another compliance-driven industry.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client, partner and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable reporting to client executives.

*Desirable*

• SAP S/4HANA program experience.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and A&D compliance requirements.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Working knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Track record of improving how projects are delivered.
• U.S. person status (required for some client programs).
