CMDB Dashboard Developer

We’re looking for an experienced CMDB Dashboard Developer with strong expertise in BMC Helix CMDB / Remedy ITSM, dashboards, reporting, SQL, and CMDB data quality.📍 Location: Coppell, TX or Costa Mesa, CA📅 Contract: 05+ Months⏰ Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST/PST🔹 What We’re Looking For3+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix CMDB, Remedy ITSM, or related BMC Helix modulesStrong understanding of CMDB architecture, Configuration Items (CIs), class hierarchy, attributes, and relationshipsExperience with BMC Helix Dashboards, Smart Reporting, Helix Data Manager, or similar reporting technologiesStrong SQL and data analysis skillsExperience with data modeling, ETL concepts, APIs, integrations, and external data sourcesKnowledge of CMDB governance, reconciliation, discovery, data certification, and service mappingAbility to identify CMDB data quality issues, including duplicate/orphaned CIs, missing attributes, and relationship inconsistenciesExperience creating interactive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, drill-down reports, trend analysis, and executive reporting🔹 Preferred QualificationsBMC Helix / Remedy certificationITIL Foundation certificationExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise analytics platformsKnowledge of cloud infrastructure, discovery tools, and service mappingWhat You’ll DoYou’ll work closely with CMDB, Asset Management, IT Operations, and Service Management stakeholders to develop trusted dashboards and reporting solutions that improve CMDB health, governance, compliance, adoption, and business visibility.#CMDB #BMCHelix #Remedy #CMDBDeveloper #DashboardDeveloper #ITSM #SQL #DataAnalytics #BMC #ITIL #ContractToHire #TechJobs #JobOpening
