Work Center Planner I

ResponsibilitiesThe work center planner position requires a self-motivated person with strong computer, communication, time management, and organizational skills. This person is responsible for performing various physical, clerical, and administrative support duties for the GSE shop and Management. In addition to general clerical duties such as typing, emailing, photo copying, scanning, filing, and answering phones, this person is responsible for serving as a contact for both internal and external customers, maintenance tracking/compliance activities (processing work orders, scheduling of routine maintenance checks, monthly follow-up of open maintenance items, processing/filing/submitting of required compliance paperwork) and assisting with general maintenance program issues.
