Apply today!As a Cook/Kitchen Prep person, you will be responsible for:Using the correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.Following Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.Prepare and cook a variety of quality dishes, following Bricktown Brewery's recipes and standards.Ensure food is cooked to order with consistent flavor, presentation, and portioning.Assist with prepping ingredients, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory as-needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Duties of this position will also include:Set up of kitchen equipment.Verification of stock.Cleaning of cooking equipment.Managing the flow of food orders.Following sanitation and safety standards.Requirements of this position include:A good sense of balance, the ability to multi-task, lift up to 50 pounds waist high and stand for long periods of time.A qualified applicant must have basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, and the willingness to work with others as a team.The ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length.This position also requires you to use motion that entails bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
