In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end commercial relationship, driving business growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring alignment across all services and business units.As the main representative towards the customer, you will translate customer insights into actionable strategies and lead account planning to support long‑term success and profitability.How you create impactOwn and manage the end‑to‑end commercial relationship for assigned key accounts, driving growth and customer retentionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levelsUnderstand customer business models, decision processes, and competitive environments to identify opportunitiesDevelop and execute account plans aligned with customer strategy and company objectivesIdentify, develop, and convert business opportunities across the full service portfolioNegotiate rates and service contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders and ensure proper documentationCollaborate closely with business units, pricing, and operational teams to deliver integrated solutionsMonitor pipeline performance, financial results, and key commercial KPIs, taking corrective actions as neededEnsure smooth handover of new business to operations and maintain alignment between commercial commitments and deliveryConduct regular business reviews with customers, focusing on performance, continuous improvement, and innovationMaintain accurate and timely updates in CRM and sales management systemsWhat we would like you to bringBachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within logistics or supply chainStrong understanding of global supply chain solutions across Air, Sea, Road, and Contract Logistics)Demonstrated success in consultative selling, negotiations, and driving business growth)Experience managing multinational customers and working across a matrix organizationStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internally and externallySolid analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategiesWillingness to travel as neededThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
