CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is looking for aSenior WMS Consultant – Manhattan Active WMS Specialist in Mexicowith at least8+ years of professional experiencein supply chain consulting within retail or consumer goods industries.This role is ideal for highly experienced professionals who are passionate about warehouse management systems, supply chain optimization, and driving large-scale digital transformations. You will play a strategic and hands‑on role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Manhattan Active WMS solutions across distribution networks.You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and engineering partners to deliver scalable and efficient warehouse solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centersDesign, configure, and optimize warehouse processes including Receiving, Putaway, Cross Dock, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define system designAnalyze supply chain processes to identify optimization opportunitiesCreate documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifactsManage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metricsLead and support testing strategies and validation of system changesAct as a key consultant between business and technical teamsWork with APIs and integrations using JSON and PostmanEnsure Agile best practices are followed throughout deliveryEngage with stakeholders, including executive-level leadershipRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of consulting experience in supply chain (Retail or Consumer Goods)Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMSStrong hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WMS configurationExperience with Manhattan Proactive Extension developmentStrong understanding of warehouse processes (Receiving, Putaway, Cross Dock, Pick, Pack, Ship)Experience working with APIs (JSON, Postman)Familiarity with Configuration Director and multi-configuration environmentsExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWSExperience integrating WMS with ERP systemsKnowledge of logistics and distribution center operationsExperience with Manhattan SCI reporting and analyticsIMPORTANT NOTESMEXICO ONLY – Applications outside Mexico will be REJECTEDResume must be submitted in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
