New Graduate RN - Acute Dialysis Specialty

DaVita is seeking passionate New Grad RNs to provide critical dialysis care in a hospital and other acute care settings for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work directly with patients in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. You don't need prior hospital or dialysis experience—we provide the comprehensive training and mentorship you need to confidently start your nursing journey. Locations/Required Travel: Akron, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift What You'll Do: Learn and Master Specialized Skills: Be trained to deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with hospital teams, DaVita clinical experts, and preceptors who are invested in your success. Develop Clinical Judgment: Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure high-quality, life-sustaining outcomes. Lead with Compassion: Support and oversee patient care alongside a dedicated team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). We provide an extensive, paid training program tailored to new nurses to ensure you feel prepared and supported before you practice independently. Dynamic Work Environment: Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between local partner facilities as needed. Flexible Scheduling: Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 patient needs. Requirements: New Nursing Graduates Welcome!
