FUNCTIONAL ROLE As a Plumbing Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Plumbing Team, including scheduling service calls, assigning plumbers to jobs, coordinating with clients and other departments, and maintaining inventory all while prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient workflow. Your role is key to helping us achieve our goals of Growth, Customer Priority, Professionalism, Dependability and Loyalty. Success in this role is dependent on having great CSR skills, the ability to gain foresight into future scheduling needs, the ability to solve problems quickly, and the ability to work well in a team environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to chats from customers. Answer Phones in Call Rotation Schedule Maintenances Schedule “After-Hours” and “On-Call” Customers Notify Customers for Upcoming Appointments Reschedule/Bump Clients as Needed Monitor Weather and Schedule Flow (Distance and Timing) Communicate to Marketing Staff for Schedule Volume Outbound phone calling when Marketing Staff is Unavailable Monitor Scheduling Efficiency (Right Call, Right Tech) Speaking with Supervisors or Customers to resolve problems or requests for services Relaying Key Information to Service Techs/Comfort Advisors Job Type Verification QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail A “self-starter” attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner Maintain a friendly demeanor towards customers and work well with diverse personalities Ability to Pass a drug screen and/or background check Ability to write and read English language Forward Thinking/Strategic Planning Accurate Computer Skills Problem-Solving Skills EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma Required.
