The overall objective of this role is to building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.• Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.• Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR etc.• Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use• Has the ability to operate with minimal level of direct supervision.Experience and qualifications.Extensive experience working with most if not all the technologies listed below:• Full-stack developer with 7+ years of experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles• Java Core with extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming.• Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.• Databases -RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.• Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.• SDLC/Dev Ops - Github, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, any secure coding toolkitsAbility to lead and coach junior developersGood to have:Experience with React JSExperience in financial or banking sector, automated testing experienceExperience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot"Benefits:TSR Consulting offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About TSR:TSR is a trusted staffing and workforce solutions partner with more than 50 years of experience delivery highly qualified talent to support clients' most critical business and technology initiatives.
