Electronics Assembler

*Overview* Electronics Assembler – SMT / THT *Job Type:* Full-Time *Reports To:* Manufacturing Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking an experienced *Electronics Assembler* to perform PCB assembly, soldering, machine operation, inspection, testing, and rework in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience with *SMT, THT, electro-mechanical assembly, or electronics manufacturing*. Responsibilities * Perform SMT, THT, electro-mechanical, and manual assembly * Set up and operate SMT/THT manufacturing equipment * Perform *lead and lead-free hand soldering* * Inspect PCBs and assemblies for quality and workmanship * Perform testing, troubleshooting, rework, and repair * Read schematics, work instructions, and customer specifications * Follow *ESD/MSD, ISO, Lean, and quality procedures* * Record production and quality data * Identify and disposition defects through rework, repair, or MRB * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications * Previous experience in *electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, SMT, THT, soldering, or electro-mechanical assembly* * Manual soldering experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity * Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and schematics * Basic troubleshooting and math skills * Basic computer skills; *SAP/Microsoft Office experience is a plus* * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to occasionally lift up to *30 lbs.* IND1 Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * What is your desired pay rate? * When are you available to take a phone call?
