We specialize in direct-to-consumer menswear, combining classic tailoring and elevated essentials with modern versatility.We are a lean, collaborative team that cares deeply about maintaining a thoughtful and consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.The RoleWe are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to help lead the execution of our weekly digital marketing creative across email, paid ads, and homepage updates.This is a highly hands-on, production-focused design role within an established brand system. The majority of the role centers around designing weekly email campaigns and supporting digital assets that drive the ongoing rhythm of our ecommerce business.The ideal candidate understands fashion ecommerce creative and knows how to translate loose merchandising and marketing direction into polished, effective, brand-right design.This Role Is Best Suited For Someone Whoenjoys working within established design systemsunderstands ecommerce and retail marketing cadencecan work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing taste or consistencyis comfortable taking ownership and working independentlyhas strong visual merchandising and layout instinctsenjoys refining and evolving creative over time rather than constantly reinventing itThis is not a blank-slate conceptual branding role. We already have established design systems, templates, and brand standards in place. A strong candidate understands when to leverage existing systems efficiently and when thoughtful iteration or a new solution is appropriate.While there may be opportunities over time to contribute to broader brand and campaign work, weekly email and digital marketing creative will remain the core focus of the role.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute weekly email marketing campaigns within the Paul Fredrick brand systemCreate supporting paid social and digital advertising assetsUpdate and manage weekly homepage hero creative and related site assetsTranslate loose marketing and merchandising briefs into compelling, customer-focused creativeUtilize and evolve existing templates and design systems thoughtfully and efficientlyCollaborate closely with creative leadership, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders throughout feedback and revision cyclesPresent work internally and respond to feedback quickly and professionallyPrepare and upload final email assets into our email platformMaintain consistency, organization, and attention to detail across all deliverablesBalance brand elevation with promotional clarity and ecommerce performance goalsQualifications2–4 years of experience in digital design, ideally within fashion, retail, or ecommerceStrong portfolio showcasing email marketing, digital campaigns, and ecommerce-focused creativePrevious experience designing email creative for fashion or retail brands (must have)Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual merchandisingExperience working within established brand systems and template-driven workflowsAbility to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-moving environmentComfort working from loose briefs and making thoughtful visual decisions independentlyStrong organizational and communication skillsGenuine interest in fashion, menswear, and ecommerce marketingTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Figma is requiredAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Working at Paul FredrickWe are a lean, collaborative creative team that values thoughtful work, strong communication, and a high level of ownership.
