Associate CNO Software Developer

MANTECH seeks a highly experienced and mission-focused Associate CNO Software Developer to join our CNO team in Hanover, MD.As an Associate CNO Software Developer on our team, you will play a key role in developing advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security. You'll work in a collaborative environment focused on solving complex technical challenges in support of our customer's most critical missions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilitiesAssists with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systemsApply knowledge of security concepts and network technologiesEnsure software engineering standards are consistently metMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma and 4+ years of technical work experience, or BS Degree in a technical disciplineExperience in Python or C/C++ programmingExperience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systemsPreferred Qualifications:Understanding of CNO development conceptsExperience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programmingExperience in software analysis or reverse engineeringFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and practicesUnderstanding of assembly programming conceptsFamiliarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and CrucibleSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
