Program Manager, Technical Development
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Technical Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive execution of Technical Talent Development programs, including large-scale training cohorts
Manage programs end-to-end, including timelines, communications, materials, logistics, and reporting
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to support program design and delivery
Required Qualifications
Corporate experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Program Management, or a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with learning technologies or LMS platforms (preferred)
Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles (preferred)
Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
