This role is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to and from job sites while supporting field operations. The position also assists with drill crew activities and may operate drilling equipment when qualified. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sitesincluding overnight out of town assignmentsis required.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOperate CDL-required vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and crew to job sitesAssist directional drill crew with setup, operation, and teardown of drilling equipmentSupport bore operations including locating, drilling, and installation activities (experience preferred)Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials in accordance with safety standardsPerform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance needsFollow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of underground and overhead utilitiesAssist with general labor tasks, site preparation, and clean up as neededWork outdoors in all weather and terrain conditionsTravel to job sites, including overnight out of town assignments; overtime may be requiredParticipate in required training and perform traffic control as neededCOMPANY BENEFITSYou will be eligible for Isbell Constructions benefit programs, including:Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife and AD&D coverageGenerous paid time off401(k) matching program#TeamElectriCom Position RequirementsValid Class A CDL requiredExperience driving commercial vehicles and hauling equipmentExperience supporting or operating directional drill equipment preferredGeneral knowledge of telecom or utility construction practicesStrong understanding of job site safety and utility location awarenessAbility to perform physical labor and assist field crews as neededWillingness to travel, including overnight assignmentsReliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe work practices Equal Opportunity EmployerIsbell, an ElectriCom company is an equal opportunity employer.
