We’re focused on building and nurturing a top talent community where all our team members can achieve their full potential.Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success.Unleash your full potential, both professionally and personally.OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).This role combines leadership, business understanding, and technical depth, acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, while ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of ~4 Data Scientists, ensuring alignment, productivity, and delivery qualityAlign expectations with business stakeholders and translate needs into actionable data science initiativesAct as the main point of contact between the data science team and the businessCollaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to ensure roadmap executionCoordinate with other data teams to ensure consistency and integration across initiativesDesign, oversee, and validate Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and other advanced analytical solutionsEnsure models are interpretable, scalable, and aligned with business impactStay close to the technical work: review code, guide implementation, and step in when needed (without being fully hands-on)Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced AnalyticsProven experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)Strong understanding of both mathematical modeling and business contextExperience leading and mentoring teams (3–5 people)Strong experience with:PythonPyomo (or similar optimization frameworks)Gurobi (or other optimization solvers)GitHubAbility to understand and review code while maintaining a leadership roleStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in cross-functional and distributed environmentsNice to HaveExperience in large-scale marketing or commercial analytics environmentsBackground in optimization or econometricsExperience working with multiple data teams in complex organizationsContract DetailsDuration: Initial 6 months (with potential for further extension)Start date: ASAP (critical urgency)Location: Flexible / remoteIdeal ProfileA senior profile who can lead, structure, and connect—someone who understands the math, speaks the language of the business, and can guide a team while staying close enough to the technical side to challenge and support effectively.🚀 Why us? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
