Senior Program Manager (Security Systems Access Control Migration)

Overview In this role you will lead a portfolio of security systems access control migration projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives. You will translate sponsor expectations into defined scope and ensure end-to-end delivery within budget and schedule. You’ll manage risk, dependencies, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced, construction-influenced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping security system implementations and ongoing improvements. ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage multiple large, complex projects with strong customer focusCoordinate and guide multiple work streams and develop comprehensive project plansBridge business outcomes with technical delivery through cross-functional collaborationIdentify, report, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on trackLead security projects from design through commissioning while enforcing enterprise standardsDevelop budget requirements, ROM pricing, and ensure timely budget communicationCreate stakeholder signoffs and present project summaries to leadershipManage project installations, refreshes, and decommissioning within schedule and budgetCoordinate with security vendors and landlords for access control deployment Key requirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field10 years of relevant professional experienceStrong portfolio management experience across systems/technical and business changesProven track record delivering multiple $1M+ projects in fast-paced environmentsFinancial acumen with budget forecasting and leadership-level presentationsKnowledge of agile frameworks and rolesCoaching experience in project/program managementExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to interpret floor plans and technical designsUnderstanding of physical security installations, permitting, and union complexitiesSubject matter expert in integrated physical security platformscommunication skills (written and verbal)stakeholder collaborationinfluencing and cross-functional leadershipMS Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)ServiceNow or CRM ticketing systemsability to interpret floor plans and technical designs
