Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing (B2B / Metals Industry)Location: Cerritos, CASalary:$150K -$200KPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in the metals, materials, or industrial products industry . This role is responsible for leading the sales organization, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within a B2B distribution environment.In addition, you will oversee digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web-based strategies. This is a key leadership position that works closely with executive management and plays a central role in shaping the company's future growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a sales team, including inside and outside sales representativesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve both short-term revenue goals and long-term business growthExpand existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new customers, markets, and sales channels within the metals / industrial sectorPlan and implement digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and online marketing strategiesEstablish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM utilizationDevelop pricing strategies to enhance profitability, particularly for metal products and materials distributionCollaborate with executive leadership on business planning and strategic initiativesSupport business development activities, including evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliancesQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales managementExperience in the metals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial products industry is strongly requiredProven track record of leading and growing a sales organizationExperience in developing and executing business or growth strategiesBasic knowledge of digital marketing and/or e-commerceStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsBusiness-level Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking)Experience in business development or launching new business initiativesExperience working in small to mid-sized company environmentsStrong understanding of metal products, supply chains, and distribution business modelsIdeal CandidateDeep understanding of the metals or industrial materials industry and its customer baseAble to improve and optimize existing operations while building new growth opportunitiesStrategic thinker with strong execution skillsComfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with executive leadershipCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonus / profit-sharing programComprehensive benefits packageThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in the metals industry who is passionate about driving business growth and making a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
