You guide teams to deliver integrated programs that align with business objectives. Your strategic leadership ensures excellence across project planning, team collaboration, and client delivery, creating a foundation for sustainable success.ResponsibilitiesLead Strategy: Develop and oversee delivery strategies for complex, multi-layered programs that exceed client and organizational goals. Inspire Teams: Align departmental resources across programs, fostering innovation and collaboration to drive high-quality results. Build Partnerships: Manage high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to shape impactful decisions. Ensure Excellence: Define and enforce quality standards, proactively mitigating risks to protect program success. Financial Management: Develop and manage financial strategies across programs, oversee margin performance, and ensure compliance with financial policies. Optimize Performance: Implement resource strategies that maximize efficiency and drive measurable outcomes. Provide Strategic Insights: Deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations to guide organizational strategy and decision-making. Champion AI: Oversee adoption of AI-driven tools for forecasting, risk management, and resource optimization, setting new standards for efficiency. Qualifications8–10 years of PM experience, with a focus on integrated, high-impact programs. Mastery of strategic planning, team leadership, and risk management. Advanced certifications or equivalent hands-on experience required CompensationThe base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
