We are seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead plant operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Position Overview: The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, monitor employee performance, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the highest quality work to ensure continuous customer satisfaction. Lead, direct, and control productivity, safety, and quality through effective supervision. Supervise employees and equipment operation to prevent injuries and property damage. Participate in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures. Monitor and track quality and productivity of all assigned operations. Act as emergency coordinator in the absence of the emergency response team and administer first aid when needed. Job Duties: Process start-up tools and troubleshooting production/processing problems. Document employee attendance, tardiness, and communication with Human Resources. Maintain communication logs for shift transitions and report work-related incidents. Approve/disapprove employee time-off requests and document appropriately. Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports. Enter daily production reports into the DTR system. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Experience in supervising, managing, or coordinating plant operations. Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
