We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Product Development team and keep our pipeline moving from concept to customer.The RoleThis isn't a full product development seat. You won't be sourcing factories or designing frames. You're the person who makes sure everyone else can do their work — on time, in sequence, without things falling through the cracks.You'll own the calendar, the checkpoints, and the communication layer that connects our design, sourcing, QC, creative, and merchandising teams. When a new sofa is moving from sample approval to final spec, you know exactly where it stands. When a deadline slips, you catch it before it becomes a problem.What You'll DoManage end-to-end timelines for new product launches across our furniture catalogCoordinate handoffs between internal teams and overseas manufacturing partnersTrack open items across sampling, finishes, hardware, dimensions, and packagingRun weekly cross-functional syncs and keep project boards currentFlag delays, surface blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned at every stageMaintain documentation so nothing lives only in someone's inboxWhat We're Looking For3+ years of project management experience — furniture, home goods, apparel, or similar hard goods preferredAn eye for design — you don't need to be a designer, but you can tell when something looks off and you care about the detailsComfortable working with overseas production timelines and the complexity they bringStrong with project management tooling (Airtable, Asana, Monday, or equivalent)The kind of organized that other people noticeNo furniture design background required — but genuine curiosity about how a product goes from sketch to showroom matters hereWhy Poly & BarkWe're a lean, direct-to-consumer brand that moves fast and cares about craft.
