Our mission is rooted in accountability, integrity, and relentless pursuit of effective hospitality and the best result for every single client.We are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary who shares these values and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.Compensation:$55,000 - $75,000Responsibilities:What You'll DoManage litigation calendars, including hearings, deadlines, and schedulingPrepare, file, and manage court documents (including e-filing)Draft legal correspondence and assist with document preparationOrganize and maintain case files and litigation materialsAssist with discovery, including tracking and organizing responsesCoordinate and schedule depositions and court appearancesSupport trial preparation, including logistics and document managementOrder, review, and organize medical records and billingCommunicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counselAssist with lien resolution, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance subrogationUphold the firm's standards of excellence in every interaction, providing top-of-the-line hospitality and results to each clientQualifications:Who You AreYou are more than just a legal secretary.
