Datawarehouse Program/Project ManagerGCP Experience with Data backgroundTeradata to GCP Migration experience is requiredLead cross-functional teams spread across geography to deliver complex projectsDefine, monitor and improve critical to success metrics for the success of the projectAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraintsPlan and manage multiple parallel projectsIdentify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levelsDrive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing prioritiesApply best practices to the software development life cycle for projects based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well effectively coordinating the implementations across teams using very different approachesInteract with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex featuresWork very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologiesEnsure consistent and transparent status updates with all stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Product, Leadership)Ensure the following of Scrum and Kanban Rituals as neededKey Skills• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience• 7+ years of relevant work experience in internet-related program and/or program management• Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules• Strong project management & cross – group collaboration skills• Prior experience with agile methodologies• Solid understanding of the current web technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep into based on need• Think creatively and critically about product features, architecture, and capabilities with innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically• Strong experience in Project Management Information systems including but not limited to Jira and Confluence
