This position is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and customer relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Connecting You To Great BenefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What You’ll DoManage telecommunications construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achievedServe as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, field operations, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, budgets, and production plansMonitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project deliveryCoordinate with construction, engineering, permitting, and support teams to ensure project milestones are achievedReview and approve project documentation, change orders, invoices, and financial reportsEnsure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsLead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunitiesManage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, and quality expectationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitabilityWhat You’ll NeedBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered3+ years of project management experience within telecommunications, broadband, utility, construction, or infrastructure environmentsExperience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and customer relationshipsStrong understanding of construction operations, project controls, and contract administrationProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen with experience reviewing project costs, budgets, and profitability metricsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management and ERP systems preferredAbility to travel as needed to support project and customer requirementsWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
